Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure cargo assembly and general loading operations, as well as perform verification; * Monitor and support warehouse organization, cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and assets; * Operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jack) and combustion-powered equipment (forklift) when required; * Report activities to Supervision and Management as needed; * Coordinate and conduct rotating and monthly inventories, addressing discrepancies and root causes; * Schedule daily routines for the area, delegate tasks, lead team meetings and training sessions; * Support the training of new operators, verifiers, and assistants; * Daily communication of DS (Daily Stand-ups) and topics related to quality and general operational matters; * Execute layout maintenance and modifications; * Pursue continuous improvement and waste reduction in logistics; * Monitor layout organization, internal and external audits; * Contribute information for updating departmental performance indicators.
