Job Summary: A Production Assistant / Grill Cook is responsible for food preparation, ingredient handling, kitchen organization and cleaning, and operation of industrial equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and handling of various foods and ingredients 2. Responsible for organizing and cleaning the kitchen and equipment 3. Operation of industrial equipment such as fryers, ovens, and griddles ***Production Assistant / Grill Cook*** * Trial contract of 45\+45 days; * 6-hour shift with a 15-minute break; * One day off per week, not fixed; * Starting salary of R$1\.828,00; * Transportation allowance \- based on employee’s needs; * Fixed meal allowance of R$145,00 per month; * Meal voucher provided by the establishment at R$18,28 per working day; ***DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED*** * Food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, bread, appetizers, snacks, portions, juice); * Preparation of kitchen ingredients (e.g., mayonnaise, sauces, hamburgers); * Kitchen organization and cleaning; * Organization and cleaning of industrial equipment and utensils; * Operation of industrial food equipment (e.g., fryer, oven, griddle); * Completion of kitchen worksheets (e.g., temperature control, inventory, production); Compensation: starting from R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
