The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the entire manufacturing cycle of our products, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assisting in the preparation of various types of doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and diverse fillings. Molding and assembling savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibe, empadas, cheese bread). Performing frying or baking processes for savory snacks. Maintaining the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. Packaging and storing ready-to-sell savory snacks. Prior experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen environments.
