Opportunity for teamwork and learning. **Kitchen Assistant** Provides support in preparing and handling food items for sale in the rotisserie, bakery, or internal cafeteria, ensuring organization, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations. **Work Schedule** *6x1 shift \- Hours to be arranged* Main Responsibilities: Pre\-preparation and Production * Assist in food preparation (cleaning, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients). * Support preparation of ready\-to\-eat dishes, savory items, baked goods, fried foods, and other products sold. * Follow technical specifications and instructions from the chef or department supervisor. Hygiene and Food Safety * Strictly adhere to good food handling practices. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of supplies. * Correctly use PPE (hairnet, apron, gloves, etc.). Organization and Stocking * Organize dry storage and refrigerators. * Properly separate and store raw materials. Control and Operational Support * Assist in waste control. * Support verification of incoming goods for the department. * Follow internal quality and safety procedures.
