Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to perform food pre-preparation, cooking, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Restaurant seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Curitiba (Batel). **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient pre\-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning), prepare sauces and broths, and assist in food cooking according to the chef's instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment, including tools, equipment, utensils, tableware, and work surfaces. Assist in pantry organization, expiration date verification, food receiving, and storage to prevent waste. Help with plating and presentation of dishes, following menu specifications and chef’s instructions. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, including proper food handling and adequate cleaning. And other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
