Responsibilities: * Operate machines according to productive cell standards, meeting production targets * Ensure compliance with requirements described in internal documents * Safeguard one’s own safety and that of colleagues * Keep machining equipment clean, free of chips, and tanks filled with soluble oil * Adhere to the tank cleaning schedule Activities: * Correctly complete process documentation (inspection records, process sheets, work instructions and packaging instructions, production reporting, and first-level maintenance) ??. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S methodology ??. * Perform visual inspections of internal/intermediate processes ??. * Operate simple equipment such as tumblers, cutting machines, furnaces, punch saws, among others, as per the job matrix ??. * Collect chips from all machining equipment * Perform tank cleaning and refilling with soluble oil according to the scheduled plan * Check and ensure appropriate cutting fluid concentration for each process * Organize areas for chip and fluid disposal and replenishment * Care for equipment and materials provided by the company Job Requirements: Education: Completed high school **Completed Industrial Basic Mechanics Course** Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of forging or machining processes Knowledge of manufacturing processes Basic understanding of quality indicators (PPM) Experience with quality tools, such as the 5S methodology Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Day Off * Meal Allowance * Parking * GymPass * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * On-site Meals * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance
