Responsibilities: * Operate machines according to productive cell standards, meeting production targets * Ensure compliance with requirements described in internal documents * Ensure one’s own safety and that of colleagues * Keep machining equipment clean, free of chips, and tanks filled with soluble oil * Adhere to the tank cleaning schedule Activities: * Correctly complete process documentation (inspection records, process sheets, work instructions and packaging instructions, production reports, and first-level maintenance logs) ??. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace based on the 5S methodology ??. * Perform visual inspections of internal/intermediate processes ??. * Operate simple equipment such as tumblers, cutting machines, furnaces, punch saws, among others, as specified in the job matrix ??. * Collect chips from all machining equipment * Perform cleaning and refilling of tanks with soluble oil according to the scheduled plan * Verify and ensure the appropriate concentration of cutting fluid for each process * Organize areas for chip and fluid disposal and replenishment * Take care of equipment and materials provided by the company Job Requirements: Education: Completed high school **Completed Industrial Basic Mechanics Course** Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of forging or machining processes Knowledge of manufacturing processes Familiarity with quality indicators (PPM) Practical experience with quality tools, such as the 5S methodology Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Parking * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * On-site Meals * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing * GymPass * Day Off * Meal Voucher
