Job Summary: A professional to assist in verifying and monitoring graphic production, ensuring quality, deadlines, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in verifying graphic production and deadlines 2. Participate in implementing continuous process improvements 3. Monitor the progress of production orders (OPs) and report delays WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday * Assist in verifying graphic production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; * Participate in implementing continuous improvements in production processes; * Check graphic material inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for production; * Prepare quality control charts; * Read, interpret, and schedule production orders (OPs) in the system, defining priorities and timelines. * Daily monitor the progress of OPs, from pre\-press through finishing and packaging, reporting delays. * Enter data into reports and update various spreadsheets; * Assist in monitoring the production process of materials; * Identify potential deviations and rework, proposing solutions; * Enter product information into systems; * Assist with production demands as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; availability to work overtime.
