Apply now and join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will… * Analyze and execute SaaS service billing, considering various billing models (monthly, quarterly, annual) and their specific requirements. * Verify correct application of tax rates (ISS, PIS/COFINS, etc.). * Monitor customer receivables, identifying and resolving delays or outstanding items. * Record paid invoices in financial systems. * Implement effective collection strategies to recover receivables amicably or judicially. * Negotiate payment terms and conditions with B2B customers, seeking solutions aligned with both company and customer interests. * Review supplier invoices in financial systems. * Prepare supplier payments in accordance with internal company policies. * Track executed payments and reconcile bank accounts. * Analyze available investment options in the financial market, aligning with the SaaS company’s liquidity needs and long-term objectives. * Execute investments and redemptions per internal company policies. * Monitor investment performance and prepare tracking reports. * Prepare delinquency tracking reports with SaaS-specific metrics (churn rate, retention rate, conversion rate, suspended accounts, etc.). * Monitor company cash flow, identifying funding needs and investment opportunities—with emphasis on predictability and optimal resource allocation to finance growth. * Actively support data gathering for accounting to deliver audit-ready documentation. Participate in meetings with the Finance Leadership Team to discuss investment strategies and cash flow management. * **Requirements and Qualifications** We’re looking for candidates with… * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience: Extensive experience in finance, including team management (minimum 8 years). * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation applicable to SaaS companies. * Proficiency in electronic invoicing systems. * Skills in account reconciliation, including MRR and ARR. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective interpersonal communication. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Analytical and critical thinking. * Familiarity with SaaS performance metrics (burn rate, runway, etc.). * Credit analysis capability. * Negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of the financial market.
