Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety legislation, supporting leadership in managing safety indicators, delivering training, and investigating incidents. We operate across 19% of Brazilian territory, serving 52% of the population, covering the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, and Goiás.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Comply with and guide employees on occupational safety legislation, internal safety standards, and company requirements; * Support leadership in analyzing safety indicators and reviewing safety procedures; * Conduct hazard and risk assessments, proposing and monitoring preventive actions; * Deliver occupational safety training and onboarding sessions for both direct and third-party employees, and advise on and supervise proper use of PPE; * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Conduct safety inspections, safety dialogues, and risk activity analyses; * Support health and safety audits, inspections, and expert evaluations; * Participate in safety programs, safety committees, and internal campaigns; * Support management of legal safety documentation and programs, such as PGR, CIPA, CAT, and PPP; * Monitor emergency plans, drills, and maintenance of fire suppression systems; * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety with active professional registration; * Knowledge in occupational safety, environmental management, and EHS; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 processes; * Familiarity with regulatory standards NR 11 (forklift operation) and NR 35 (work at height); * Basic knowledge of defensive driving. **Additional Information** * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Health insurance plan * Dental plan available via voluntary enrollment, per employee choice * Group life insurance * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Employee purchase program at current price list rates * Pharmacy benefit: payroll credit reimbursement * Credit cooperative * School kit delivered at the beginning of the academic year for dependents (subject to terms and conditions) * Birthday kit * Christmas kit * Toy allowance delivered in October for dependents (subject to terms and conditions) **About Coca\-Cola FEMSA Brasil** We are one of the world's largest manufacturers by sales volume of The Coca\-Cola Company products.
