Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to assist in technical support for customers, register and track requests, participate in meetings to propose solutions, and prepare technical documentation. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in technical support for Group A customers — connected at medium and high voltage — clarifying questions related to Energy Connection; * Register and track customer requests, issues, and feedback in management systems; * Participate in meetings to understand requirements and propose solutions aligned with customer needs; * Prepare technical documentation (manuals, tutorials) to facilitate product/service usage; identify automation opportunities in operational or administrative routines; * Develop scripts (Python, PowerApps, etc.) or workflows (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate) to optimize repetitive tasks; * Test and document implemented solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you must have:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or Information Systems; * Currently enrolled in any higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Enrolled from the 4th semester onward and no more than one year away from graduation; * Availability to intern from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
