Maintaining organized and attractive departments #### **About the role:** Organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout to deliver an excellent shopping experience is the mission of our replenishment team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to keep everything looking even more appealing. In the Deli department, the rule is to store products properly. In the General Merchandise department—which offers home goods, pet supplies, camping equipment, and much more—conceptual displays that invite customers to purchase are essential. In the Grocery department—which handles a wide variety of products—keeping everything neatly arranged simplifies the shopping process. If you enjoy keeping things organized and wish to join this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify product shortages in the sales area and verify available stock in the warehouse for restocking; * Verify whether products scheduled for restocking meet appropriate display conditions in the sales area; * Restock products onto counters, islands, additional display points, and cross-merchandising areas, ensuring proper product rotation and avoiding empty spaces; * Verify whether the display layout complies with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Arrange shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer movement; * Remove checkout leftovers, cardboard boxes, and plastic packaging, assigning each item to its proper disposal channel; * Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service, adhering to company service standards; * Follow all operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Comply with company-mandated rules and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to company culture and work responsibilities; * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Willingness to perform physical tasks related to product replenishment. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles; * Familiarity with the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery departments; * Skill in designing conceptual and attractive displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Monitoring * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room * On-site Meals or Meal Voucher * Career Development Plan * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * 7 hours 20 minutes per day.
