A Poster Designer is responsible for creating, producing, and maintaining in-store visual materials to ensure clear and appealing communication with customers and to boost sales.

#### **About the Role:**
The Poster Designer is responsible for creating, producing, and maintaining posters and other visual materials used in-store to advertise prices, promotions, and commercial campaigns. This role ensures that visual communication remains clear, standardized, and attractive to customers, thereby enhancing the shopping experience and increasing sales.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Ensure visual communication by producing posters, signs, and banners;
* Manage internal and external visual communication announcements for the store;
* Monitor price changes and ensure all visual communications are up to date;
* Maintain visual communication elements on islands, gondolas, display points, and counters;
* Clean and organize the poster production area;
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
Completed elementary education (high school completion preferred)
* Legible handwriting and creativity in manual layout design
* Basic knowledge of artistic drawing and/or graphic design (when using digital tools)
* Proficiency with manual painting and assembly materials

* Rotating 6-days-on / 1-day-off schedule;
* Daily working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes;
