




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the store's full operational functionality, clarifying technical doubts, managing controlled medications, coordinating non-conformity resolutions, supervising products, conducting routine inventories, and assuming administrative duties in the store manager's absence. Coordination of Technical Non-Conformities Ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled while maintaining uninterrupted store operations. **Clarify Technical Doubts: Address and resolve technical questions from customers and store staff regarding products and procedures, providing detailed support as needed.** Workplace Maintenance: Keep the workplace organized, ensuring an efficient and pleasant environment, while safeguarding company assets. **Control the Entry and Exit of Psychotropic and Narcotic Medications: Register the arrival of these medications in the SENC system immediately upon delivery to the store. Process prescription write-offs, verifying their correct entry into the PeopleSoft system. Ensure all transactions comply with current regulations and standards.** Verify Compliance with Technical\-Legal Procedures: Review prescriptions the following day and enter them into the SENC system. Conduct a store checklist to ensure all technical and legal procedures are correctly followed. **Coordinate Records and Handling of Technical Non-Conformities: In cases of incorrect sales, contact the customer per Ordinance No. 244 to request medication exchange. Record and address all technical non-conformities, defining and implementing appropriate solutions for each case.** Supervise Product Recalls and Inspections: Manage recalls of unsellable products, sending them to the distribution center (DC). Coordinate inter-store product transfers, directing items to stores with higher sales potential. **Conduct Routine Inventories: Count products in cabinets daily for inventory control, comparing against outgoing records in the SENC system to ensure inventory accuracy.** Administrative Duties in Store Manager's Absence: Assume administrative responsibilities during the store manager's absence, including supervision of daily operations, team management, inventory control, and resolution of operational issues. Ensure all activities are performed according to store standards and procedures.
