Collaborative and welcoming environment ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform cleaning, conservation, and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments in buildings using appropriate materials and equipment, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness conditions. Work under supervision and comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. ü Clean common areas such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, party halls, elevators, reception desks, social restrooms, and parking areas. ü Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) in designated areas. ü Assist in organizing spaces for condominium events or meetings. ü Report irregularities or repair needs to the building superintendent or responsible person. ü Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good condition. ü Remove waste from areas, replacing\-them with new plastic liners and disposing\-them properly; ü Group collected waste for subsequent disposal; ü Dispose of waste at a pre\-established location; ü Sanitize trash bins. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Incomplete elementary education. Previous experience in building cleaning or similar role.
