Ensuring the operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Description: Apply quickly via email: Responsibilities and Desired Experience: We seek a professional with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics / food or pharmaceutical industry. * Responsible for maintaining control and operation of mechanical fire pumps * Responsible for machine adjustments on the production line * Cap sealing machines * Transfer conveyors * Adjustment and format change on labeling machines * Setup and adjustment during machine format changes * Cleaning and format adjustment on inkjet printers * Ensures hydraulic and pneumatic systems on machines operate properly * Completes work orders (OS) and logs them via internal system * Performs MIG/MAG/TIG welding * Requests lathe and welding services * Replaces seals and performs welding; replaces internal and external piping * Actively participates in annual boiler maintenance * Replaces and lubricates gearboxes on machines and process reactors * Actively participates in gas washer maintenance * Performs mechanical maintenance on compressors * Reports to supervisor and requests procurement of spare parts * Fabricates mechanical assemblies for machines * Installs and replaces bearings, pulleys, and internal conveyors * Fabricates keys, gears (manually or mechanically) * Replaces load-lifting belts and steel cables * Supports trials of new packaging and performs necessary adjustments * Develops production devices (e.g., bottle feeders) * Replaces mechanical seals and pipe/tank seals in the factory * Assembles new equipment and physical structures * Coordinates with the team to schedule part replacements on machines and equipment * Fabricates mechanical parts for the entire factory installation * Responsible for ensuring proper operation of pneumatic assemblies throughout the facility * Replaces and replenishes hoses used in the process * Documents replaced parts and intervention time for all activities * Cleans and adjusts collars on carton wrapping and cartoning machines * Guides and trains production process personnel * Responsible for shift closure, ensuring all factory equipment is powered off.
