




Job Summary: The professional will prepare, calibrate, and monitor machinery to ensure pharmaceutical production quality and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Quality assurance and workplace organization Prepare, calibrate, and monitor machine performance, maintain product records, perform maintenance activities, and ensure quality. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and carry out other tasks as directed. Adjust machine parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure, ink level, and solvents) to ensure production complies with required specifications. Periodically monitor machine performance to ensure production proceeds according to the established schedule. Perform tests and corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure quality and durability. Promote workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness across all production areas to maintain a suitable working environment. Participate in the coding process for bottles, syringes, cartons, and displays. Follow product quality guidelines and regulations, including verification of drug characteristics and compliance with required standards. Participate in the labeling process. Accurately record all performed activities—such as control parameters, maintenance, production, and any process deviations—to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. Remove sterilized materials using the autoclaving process. Use PPE according to occupational safety training requirements. Participate in the palletizing and stretch-wrapping of finished products, ensuring boxes are interlocked and protected with corner boards. Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by the supervisor.
