Job Summary: Responsible for managing and controlling bank transfers, account balances, payments, and reconciliations, as well as supporting financial planning and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Management and control of bank transfers and account balances. 2. Daily bank reconciliation and preparation of financial reports. 3. Support for external audits and financial planning. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for executing and controlling bank transfers related to accounts payable and monitoring bank balances. Maintains the system updated for analysis and control of payments, verifying applied discounts and ensuring the integrity of financial information. Performs daily bank reconciliation, identifies discrepancies, and prepares reports for trial balance closing. Monitors supplier advances and accounts payable aging, and communicates pending items to requesting departments for appropriate resolution. Generates and provides accounts payable and cash flow reports, supporting financial planning. Conducts adjustments for monthly accounting closing, monitors daily payments, and provides support during external audits.
