Ensure proper operation of devices, participate in audits, and support the IT team’s operational activities. Provide Level 1 support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Assist in configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices. Conduct periodic audits of equipment inventory, ensuring correct allocation and registration of IT assets. Manage and update the company’s machine inventory database. Assist in installing and updating software and operating systems. Track technical tickets and escalate them to the responsible team when necessary. Contribute to documenting processes and best practices for technical support.
