Job Summary: Promote workers' quality of life in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preventing incidents, accidents, and environmental impacts. Key Highlights: 1. Respond to environmental emergencies **Objective:** Act to promote employees' quality of life concerning Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preventing and reducing incidents, accidents, and environmental impacts. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** 1\. Observe unsafe acts and conditions in the workplace, proposing corrective solutions or intervening whenever necessary in the activities of employees, contractors, or visitors to prevent accidents; 2\. Supervise drivers, third-party service providers, and staff in the yard to ensure compliance with internal safety regulations; 3\. Participate in Emergency Brigade activities; 4\. Conduct periodic safety inspections across the entire Terminal (internal and external areas), identifying non-conformities; 5\. Apply the Company’s safety tools (ATR, DSS, Driver Integration, Employee Integration, Job Function Changes, Third-Party Integration, Safety Inspections, Infraction Notices, and others); 6\. Stay updated on current regulatory standards to advise the company on compliance; 7\. Respond to incidents related to accidents and emergencies; 8\. Manage the distribution of PPE and uniforms; 9\. Collaborate with the Safety Assistant and other SESMT team members; 10\. Maintain external contact with OGMO to respond to emergencies; 11\. Warn, correct, and document individuals failing to comply with terminal safety regulations; 12\. Suspend any activity not conducted according to the company’s required safety standards; 13\. Conduct occupational accident analyses and complete anomaly reports; 14\. Support the company’s environmental initiatives and campaign dissemination, fostering greater employee engagement; 15\.
