




Job Summary: A professional responsible for processing payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations, ensuring legal compliance and client service. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a technical reference for clients and the team. 2. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. 3. Maintain organization and standardization of departmental processes. **Job Responsibilities** Process monthly payroll, vacation payments, 13th salary, and employment terminations. Calculate labor charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF). Generate and verify ancillary obligations (FGTS DIGITAL and DCTFWEB). Submit complete eSocial events. Update information on applicable collective bargaining agreements. Provide clients with technical clarifications and advisory support. Support audit and inspection processes when required, and submit labor claims to eSocial. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. Meet legal and internal deadlines. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Act as a technical reference for clients and the team. Maintain organization and standardization of departmental processes. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in labor and social security legislation. Practical experience in labor calculations and ancillary obligations. Knowledge of payroll systems and eSocial. Technical analysis and problem-solving skills. Assertive and consultative communication. Organization and management of multiple clients simultaneously.
