We are looking for versatile and agile professionals to take the front line in our dining room and bar, ensuring each customer’s experience is flawless from start to finish. We are seeking waiters/waitresses and bartenders. **Your Responsibilities** * **Dining Room Service:** Greet customers, present the menu confidently, accurately record orders, and ensure dishes are served on time and to the ideal standard. * **Bar Operations:** Prepare classic and signature drinks from our menu, pour draft beer flawlessly, serve beverages generally, and maintain strict organization and hygiene at the bar counter. * **Customer Experience:** Address questions, suggest food-and-drink pairings between burgers and beverages, and deliver warm, dynamic service focused on customer loyalty. * **Operations:** Organize dining areas before and after service, assist with bill closing, and coordinate closely with the kitchen during peak hours. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer-facing roles (as waiter/waitress/bartender) and practical knowledge of mixology. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. * Clear communication, proactive attitude, empathy, and ease working in a team. * Availability (Tuesday to Sunday, 6:00 PM to 12:15 AM). * *Preferred:* Alignment with the bar’s theme and passion for the hospitality industry. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive fixed salary + full service charge reimbursement. * Collaborative, structured work environment with open communication. * Space for autonomy and suggestions of new ideas for the drinks menu. * Night shift allowance (+20% per hour after 10:00 PM), transportation voucher, commission, and double pay for Sundays. * Bartender salary will differ from the amount indicated in this posting, based on competency and experience alignment.
