What We Do? We Move to Transform!
We are over 1,700 hearts moving international trade. As the largest employer on the coast, we generate diverse career opportunities across numerous fields and areas of expertise.
We seek collaborators interested in working within a multicultural environment and focused on results. Our primary goal is to grow as a team and develop our talents.
We are a private company operating one of South America’s largest container terminals in Paranaguá — the only container port operator on the coast of Paraná.
At our terminal, we do more than just load containers; we manage the entire logistics chain for international trade.
We operate our own warehouse, handle special cargo and rail operations within the terminal — the only such facility in southern Brazil — and feature the most modern dangerous goods (IMO) area.
We are also world leaders in frozen chicken meat exports, operating the country’s largest refrigerated container (reefer) yard.
Since 2018, we have been part of China Merchants Port Holding Company (CMPort) — China’s largest and most competitive public port developer, investor, and operator.
At TCP, we work diligently to be recognized as the leading integrated logistics company with port-based operations in our areas of influence — the top choice for both employees and customers, generating value for investors.
**Our Values:**
* Be the best place to work;
* Aim high and reach beyond;
* Come to work happy and go home safely.
