Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow us on our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica | Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica | Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica | **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform pre-attendance to customers via company-established electronic channels (Email, WhatsApp, Chat, and Social Media). * During pre-attendance, register the Service Order in the system, request procedure authorization, and confirm instructions via email to customers. * Send invoices to customers after attendance completion. * Send test results to customers upon request. * Address demands from the virtual store. * Record completed services (e.g., vaccine sales). * Daily confirmation of appointments with customers. * Perform necessary rescheduling, cancellations, and/or same-day appointments. * Schedule hormonal tests and exams requiring sedation. * Attend all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently. * Participate in 100% of training sessions convened by the organization. * Safeguard and preserve company assets. * Understand the company’s vision and mission. * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to your area of operation. * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company. * Apply 5S practices. * Perform other tasks related to those described above, at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Clear speech; * Proficient typing skills; * Negotiation and persuasion abilities; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable. **Additional Information** * 44 working hours per week. * Daily workload: 8 hours Monday to Friday, and 4 hours on Saturdays.
