Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling construction and renovation projects, planning activities, managing teams and resources, and ensuring service quality. Focus on service quality and safety **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the progress of construction and renovation projects at the shopping center to ensure proper execution and service quality. * ü Plan, organize, and control activities, contracts, work teams, and resources for civil construction projects, in accordance with established cost, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. * Provide technical guidance to subordinates and/or involved companies. * Contract technical services. * Manage material and service suppliers. * Serve as the primary contact point with third parties.
