




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with leadership capabilities to coordinate the cleaning team, oversee daily hygiene routines, and ensure environmental organization and preservation. Process optimization and quality assurance We are looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** to lead the team, monitor hygiene routines, and ensure environmental organization and preservation. If you possess leadership qualities, responsibility, and commitment to quality, join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise the cleaning team by assigning tasks and monitoring service execution; * Monitor attendance, organize work schedules, and manage staff reassignments when necessary; * Proactively identify improvements, waste, operational failures, and opportunities for process optimization; * Plan cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, and periodic), setting priorities according to operational demand; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality benchmarks, occupational safety and health regulations; * Manage and monitor inventory of materials, supplies, and PPE; * Support tracking of Facilities KPIs, updating data, performing basic analysis, and reporting to the Facilities Manager; * Prepare operational reports and simple presentations in Word/Excel for results reporting; * Inspect facilities, validate checklists, and ensure proper use of products and equipment; * Report incidents and collaborate with other departments to align requirements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or similar role in the cleaning field; * Knowledge of cleaning products, hygiene techniques, and professional cleaning equipment; * Experience in corporate cleaning; * Basic/intermediate Excel skills (supply control, spreadsheets, KPIs) and Word proficiency; * Experience managing inventory, checklists, and work schedules; * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility; * Active leadership, firm demeanor, and ability to engage teams; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and critical mindset focused on continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience tracking KPIs; * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; * Experience structuring processes or reorganizing teams. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance (VR); * Life Insurance; * Nissei Pharmacy Benefit; * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * WellHub/Gympass: access to health and wellness benefits; * University and English Course Partnership: opportunity for educational collaboration; * Additional benefits: hot beverages from the 3 Corações coffee machine and fresh fruit at breakfast – complimentary; * Opportunities for career growth within the company. **Work Location:** Av.
