We seek a professional who is passionate about baking, attentive to detail, and responsible for meeting deadlines and production requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare doughs (French bread, whole grain, specialty, sweet, and artisanal breads) * Shape, ferment, and bake products * Monitor fermentation time and temperature, as well as oven time and temperature * Maintain standards of quality, flavor, and presentation * Organize and sanitize the workplace * Assist in monitoring raw materials and product expiration dates ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience as a baker * Knowledge of natural fermentation is a plus * Agility and organization * Punctuality and commitment to scheduled hours (especially for overnight shifts) * Knowledge of good food handling practices Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
