Job Summary: Responsible for processing reservations, responding to emails, handling customer tickets, providing operational support, and managing refunds and No Show requests. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of refunds and requests **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Process reservations and operational pending items (Admin and emails); * Respond to emails from Customer Care, Backoffice, and Support inboxes; * Handle tickets by addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints submitted via the website and operations; * Provide operational support for tasks such as fund transfers (from an already issued reservation to a new reservation), reservation modifications, updating case statuses under review, and clarifying operational questions; * Handle pending refund cases; * Send emails to rental companies requesting No Show confirmation; * Create tasks for responsible departments, flagging situations requiring resolution. ### **Technical Competencies:** * No unexcused absences in the last 3 months; * No Major or Critical Non-Conformities (NCs) in the last 30 days; * No verbal, written warnings, or suspensions in the last 3 months. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Previous experience as a RentieAngel (attendance program representative). ### **Other Requirements:** Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and overnight shifts; ### **For Internal Candidates:** * Minimum tenure of three months with the company; * No unexcused absences in the last three months; * No written warnings received in the last three months; * No Non-Conformities (NCs) in the last 30 days.
