Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving patients, assessing cases, managing case histories and schedules, and coordinating actions within the Protection Network to guarantee rights, with a focus on children and adolescents experiencing violence. Key Highlights: 1. Working with children and adolescents experiencing violence 2. Coordination with the Protection Network and bodies of the System for Guaranteeing Rights 3. Specialization in Social Management and Public Policies The professional will be responsible for receiving incoming patient demands at the service; assessing whether each case fits the service's target profile; gathering case history and available medical records from the Protection Network. They will organize the patient’s schedule according to the required appointments with service professionals. They will take necessary measures to ensure access to rights by coordinating with the Protection Network regarding activities and care provided to families across other socio-assistance services, various public policies, and other bodies of the System for Guaranteeing Rights. Providing social work services including direct assistance and follow-up for children and adolescents experiencing violence; Conducting initial interviews with service users; Facilitating documentation of patient and family history for social assistance interventions; Preparing case monitoring reports; Coordinating actions with various child and adolescent protection agencies—including health, education, social assistance, security, justice, and other relevant bodies depending on each violence case; Guiding and monitoring ongoing actions related to social assistance topics. **Specialization areas:** Social Management, Collective Health, Social Work in Education and Health, Family and Community Social Work, Public Policies; Work in the Third Sector; Designing social assistance programs and benefits.
