Responsibilities: * Analyze and handle course enrollment and withdrawal protocols, ensuring compliance with academic rules and applicable deadlines. * Handle internal and external transfers, verifying eligibility, required documentation, and possible systemic or academic impediments. * Review and validate documents. Interact with partner departments (academic, finance, study centers, coordination, etc.) to align and resolve requests. * Ensure adherence to SLAs and productivity and quality indicators. * Provide support and guidance to service channels when necessary **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to use systems and digital tools effectively.
