




**We offer:** * Salary: **R$ 2.658,00** * Transportation allowance * Equipped kitchen and rest area * 1-hour break * Work schedule: **6 days on / 1 day off – 44 hours per week** * Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or alternating) * Days off on Sundays and holidays **Responsibilities** * Organize documents and files. * Update spreadsheets, systems, and databases. * Track document and invoice inflows and outflows. * Attend to customers, suppliers, and colleagues. * Support procurement, inventory, and administrative routines. * Issue invoices, receipts, and reports. * Assist HR processes (hiring, timekeeping, recruitment). * Record expenses, assist with bank reconciliation, and sort financial documents. * Monitor orders, KPIs, and deadlines. * Provide general support to HR, Finance, and internal departments. **Requirements** * Experience in Administration and/or HR. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or HR. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and basic logical/mathematical reasoning.
