Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** A proactive, committed individual with strong interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, flexibility, and agility. **Your typical day will include:** * Managing access permissions and scheduling (via local portal or email), as well as remotely configuring electronic keys for partner companies; * Monitoring team service tickets to identify and communicate urgent intervention needs; * Handling issuance of outgoing NF-e (electronic invoices) for customers and license plate movements for repairs; * Providing field technicians with physical access support to branches and company facilities (via WhatsApp or phone); * Managing access permissions and scheduling (via local portal or email), as well as remotely configuring electronic keys for partner companies; * Scheduling preventive maintenance services performed by third parties; * Tracking, resolving, and updating tickets in the system to prevent backlogs that could jeopardize project SLAs—and minimizing ticket backlog to the greatest extent possible; * Creating and updating the knowledge base, procedures, customer service scripts, and troubleshooting guides in the KCS portal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Email (Office 365) * Microsoft Office suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Technology. **Working Hours** * ****8:00 AM to 8:00 PM — rotating 12x36 schedule. * Work model: 100% on-site. * Workplace location: Cidade Industrial, Curitiba–PR. **NOTE:** Hey!
