Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet technical standards, regulations, and customer expectations, acting in both preventive and corrective manners. Evaluate and ensure compliance of raw materials and products **Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet technical standards, regulations, and customer expectations. Acting in both preventive and corrective manners, monitoring the entire production chain, conducting audits, reducing waste, and promoting continuous improvement.** * Perform sample collection, quartering, and particle size analysis; * Supervise loading operations at third-party warehouses and at the factory; * Prepare samples for shipment to RTCs; * Monitor and evaluate storage conditions of raw materials at the factory; * Evaluate raw materials received at third-party warehouses, as well as their storage conditions; * Maintain up-to-date records of evaluations performed; * Evaluate raw materials received at the factory, as well as their storage conditions; * Maintain up-to-date records of evaluations performed; * Define batches to be sent for weekly analysis (shipments); * Receive test reports, record and evaluate the results obtained; * Evaluate overall regulatory compliance of third-party warehouses; * Handle MAPA inspections at the facility; * Receive customer complaints, investigate complaints, and provide evaluation-based opinions; * Conduct customer and supplier qualification as required; * Deliver training and guidance to the team as needed;
