Job Summary: A professional to manage purchased materials, monitor manufacturing schedules, control packing lists, schedule shipments, and instruct suppliers on invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Material management and monitoring of manufacturing schedules. 2. Technical knowledge of materials and processes. 3. Proactive, dynamic, and communicative behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Management of purchased materials to meet delivery deadlines and purchase order requirements; * Monitoring of manufacturing schedules, requiring telephone contact and occasional visits to suppliers; * Technical knowledge of materials and processes to maintain timelines and interface with suppliers and stakeholders; * Knowledge and control of packing lists, supporting shipment scheduling jointly with suppliers and carriers; * Scheduling of shipments and arranging pickups based on delivery requirements and material specifics (e.g., less-than-truckload, dedicated, or specialized transport); * Instructing suppliers on invoice triangulation, coordinating internally with the tax department; * Generating status reports and regularly updating internal customers as defined by the department; * Releasing invoices in the IP system for payment upon receipt of materials at destination; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical-level education preferred; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Proactive, dynamic, and communicative behavior; * Self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel skills; **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
