This role is essential to ensure **efficiency, quality, and reliability** of diagnostic results, safeguarding the **health status of clients' poultry flocks** and compliance with strict **biosafety and quality management protocols**. ? **Key responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate laboratory technical activities; * Ensure **reliable, timely, and cost-effective results;** * Monitor supply inventory and optimize laboratory expenses; * Track health status of clients' poultry flocks; * Guarantee **company and client data information security;** * Implement and monitor **Quality Management tools;** * Conduct critical analysis of process performance and effectiveness; * Evaluate strategic, tactical, and operational performance of the department; * Act as liaison between technical team and company leadership; * Perform other job-related duties as required. ? **Desired qualifications:** * Degree in Biomedicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields; * Experience in laboratory management and team leadership; * Knowledge of quality control and laboratory processes; * Strong data analysis and strategic decision-making skills; * Prior experience in the **veterinary/poultry industry preferred.**
