Analyze hospital accounts, verify discrepancies, check medications and procedures, conduct retrospective audits, and collaborate with hospital departments to improve processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze hospital accounts to ensure compliance with performed services;
* Verify discrepancies between billed procedures and actual services rendered, correcting potential errors or improper charges;
* Check medications and procedures used/performed against justification/evidence in the electronic medical record;
* Perform retrospective audits in the system;
* Report non-conformities and request adjustments to medical records;
* Suggest improvements to increase departmental operational efficiency;
* Collaborate with hospital departments to contribute to process improvements, cost reduction, and uphold institutional values;
* Support, assist, and lead training sessions for the audit team to promote continuous improvement, process alignment, and team development.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Nursing degree with active and valid COREN registration;
* Administrative experience or familiarity;
* Willingness to learn;
* Knowledge of nursing care techniques;
* Strong verbal/written communication skills, teamwork ability, and proficiency in daily deliverables.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Postgraduate degree in Hospital Auditing (completed or in progress);
* Familiarity with Brazilian coding systems: Brasíndice, Simpro, TUSS, AMB, SIGTAP;
* Experience or familiarity with claim denial analysis processes;
* Knowledge of the Tasy system.
