Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive to support the expansion of a dental clinic, responsible for sales strategies, patient acquisition, and partner relationship management. Focus on acquiring new patients and retaining existing ones **Job Description:** We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support the expansion of a dental clinic located in João Pessoa, Paraíba. This is a CLT position with a base salary of R$ 2,000 + monthly commissions based on targets + profit-sharing. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Responsibilities include: Regular team meetings to discuss strategies and results; Analysis of monthly sales and performance reports; Development of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives; Visits to potential partners and clients; Participation in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on market trends and sales practices. Key responsibilities: Design and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing new patient acquisition and retention of existing patients, leveraging data analysis to identify growth opportunities; Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction; Develop commercial practices, sales funnels, and prospecting techniques, ensuring that **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Sales experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries; Knowledge of data analysis; Familiarity with commercial practices and sales techniques.
