**Responsibilities and duties**
Drive collective transport vehicles, automobiles, trucks, and operate tire tractors when necessary;
Monitor, control, and perform silvicultural activities: planting, mowing, herbicide and insecticide application, pruning;
Support team supervision, guiding staff toward optimal results;
Conduct trips transporting products, equipment, and departmental materials;
Transport personnel for shift changes and activities;
Complete production record sheets;
Assist in recovering stuck vehicles — using steel cables;
Perform visual inspection of equipment;
Clean water tanks when necessary;
Occasionally assist in pine seed collection activities.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Completed High School education;
Driver's license, Category D;
Availability for 5x5 shift schedule;
Residence in Campina do Simão;
Minimum six months of experience in the role.
