Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, developing and updating protocols, supervising processes and staff, and contributing to hospital certification. Supervise and guide the team for development **HOSPITAL SANTA CASA IS HIRING: CLINICAL PHARMACIST** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD) 60-DAY FIXED-TERM CONTRACT Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12x36\) \- 220h/month Location: Hospital Santa Casa \- RUI BARBOSA ### **✅** **Requirements** MINIMUM REQUIRED \* (Mandatory): Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Relevant work experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare managerial reports for monitoring outcomes with the Hospital Pharmacy Coordination, * Ensure compliance with Hospital Pharmacy Department protocols by developing and updating procedures, as well as directly supervising processes, * Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through clinical pharmacy, * Monitor inventories via demand analysis, rotating counts, physical inventories, tracking potential changes in medical teams and related adjustments, procedural technique adaptations, climatic seasonality, community endemic diseases, etc., * Participate in internal hospital commissions and the Pharmacy Department by fulfilling requirements stipulated by quality programs, * Contribute to achieving Hospital Certification by fulfilling requirements stipulated by quality programs, * Conduct training sessions according to the needs of internal staff and clients, * Comply with and enforce policies, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Health Supply and Hospital Pharmacy Departments, * Adhere to institutional safety standards, * Attend institutional training programs, * Supervise the team and provide guidance for personal and professional development. ### **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 738.00 * **On-site meals** * **Health Insurance Plan** * **Dental Insurance Plan** * **Transportation Voucher** * **WebHub** * **ESG Policy and Health & Well-being Initiatives** * **Maternity Kit / Gestar Bem Program** * **Birthday Day Off** * **Payroll Deductible Loan:** available after 1 year of employment Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
