We are looking for professionals with determination and an ownership mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and duties** What will be your responsibilities and challenges? \| * Responsible for applying coatings and paint in industrial and building environments, ensuring surface protection and durability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, always strictly complying with safety regulations. * Work together with the maintenance team on preventive maintenance, repainting equipment, pipelines, and areas, including: organizing materials, surface preparation, and treatment of parts for painting; * Execute building paint renovation services in the factory area and other facilities as needed; * Work with water-based and solvent-based paints, including epoxy paint, on equipment and walls; * Ensure maintenance of buildings and equipment; * Maintain the work area, keeping painting materials and tools organized, as well as the areas being renovated; * Assist civil construction when necessary, performing minor repairs and finishing tasks; * Follow all operational, safety, environmental, quality, and administrative procedures established by the company; * Use PPE; * Perform cleaning and organization of the industrial plant according to service demands and company needs; \- * Follow good manufacturing practices, comply with and promote the quality policy. **Requirements and qualifications** What will we evaluate? \| Previous experience in the role of industrial or building painter.
