Job Summary: Supervise the logistics team, guide order picking, product handling, and loading; verify orders; and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and quality in product handling **Responsibilities and Duties:** Supervise the Logistics team; guide and supervise the picking of products for shipment; guide and supervise product handling and loading onto trucks; verify orders; ensure compliance with safety and product handling regulations in the warehouse; guarantee that shipped quantities match customer orders; lead and guide employees in daily operations across departments; participate in and conduct inventory audits; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Experience in stock supervision, team leadership, and customer/service support; * Proficiency in Excel and computerized systems; * Must reside in Ibiporã/PR or nearby areas.
