




**Expected start date: 01/10/2026** Job responsibilities: Customer service (in-person, telephone); Preparation of product and freight quotations; Direct contact with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants; Issuance of invoices and order billing; Issuance of electronic transport documents (CTe) and MDF; Support in verifying goods to be dispatched; Dispatching and tracking deliveries with carriers; Entering data into control spreadsheets (logistics and transportation); Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience with Target system or similar systems; Flexibility regarding working hours Work schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
