This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with customers and drivers, guaranteeing quality and compliance in transportation operations. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct customer service, monitoring operations from origin to final destination; * Register and hire truck drivers; * Monitor pickups, deliveries, and vehicle positioning, ensuring prompt feedback to customers; * Update spreadsheets and internal controls (Excel); * Maintain clear and assertive communication with internal teams, drivers, and customers. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, customer service, or logistics operations; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to handle emergency situations.
