Job Summary: Professional responsible for technical monitoring and support in packaging development, indicator analysis, improvement project development, and non-conformance management. Development of improvement and investment projects **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related field; knowledge of quality methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC (Statistical Process Control); prior experience in the area. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and provide technical support during the development process of new packaging; analyze and control performance indicators for their market group; develop improvement projects for their market group; control and analyze RNC (Non-Conformance Record) pending items and customer complaints; ensure appropriate follow-up responses to customer complaints; develop investment projects for improvements to company production lines and machinery.
