As an Operational Support Assistant at Transpanorama, your responsibilities will include: * Responding to operational requests (from headquarters and regional bases) via communication channels, registering and prioritizing demands to ensure agility and alignment in service delivery. * Creating, configuring, modifying, and maintaining operational structures within the system—including freight rate tables, routes with checkpoints, geofences (polygons), and cargo scheduling—applying parameters defined by operations to ensure accurate calculations and standardized procedures. * Managing system registrations for vehicles, drivers, owners, customers, participants, and negotiation groups, validating data and updates to maintain a consistent and reliable information database. * Issuing, supplementing, and replacing fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e, freight letters), as well as canceling documents and payments when necessary, in compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures to ensure legal compliance and prevent inconsistencies. * Linking payments via OST to their corresponding revenue documents, verifying data and deadlines to ensure integrity in financial control. * Conducting tests and validations within the system prior to implementing changes affecting operations to prevent failures and disruptions. * Monitoring automated integrations of CT-es and tax payment slips, verifying balances and releases to ensure operational continuity and freight release. 2512060202191789463
