Focus on report automation and process standardization. **Logistics Supervisor** **Job Description:** Support industrial logistics as a back-office function, primarily managing and ensuring data reliability and sustaining the area’s operational routines. The professional will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date logistical information, controls, and communications; supporting interactions with suppliers and internal departments; and contributing to operational fluidity during periods of increased demand. Additionally, they will support continuous improvement initiatives—especially in report automation, process standardization, and system integration. **On-site position.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Extracting, processing, and consolidating data from BI systems, MRP systems, others, and internal controls—including updating KPIs, operational reports, and managerial reports. * Managing logistical controls, such as NF (Nota Fiscal) requests, stock transfers, maritime transportation, and process discrepancies. * Follow-up with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding topics such as receipt and dispatch deadlines, emergency pickups, and non-conformance handling. * Managing emails and operational communication—including sending reports, KPIs, dispatch plans, and relevant alerts. * Conducting logistical analyses and calculations—such as customer demand forecasting and coverage calculations. * Participating in meetings and operational routines—such as daily gemba walks at the docks and alignment sessions with other departments. * Supporting continuous improvements, process standardization, document organization, and audits when required. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. **Requirements:** **. Minimum of 3 to 5 years** of proven professional experience in Supply Chain. * Knowledge of logistics interaction processes (Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Customs, Transportation, etc.). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools. * Analytical, organized, and communicative profile. * Desired: Experience with data management systems (Power BI, Spotfire, Looker, etc.). * English level (Intermediate): sufficient to understand essential content on concrete or abstract topics in complex texts—including technical discussions within one’s field of specialization. Communicate spontaneously and fluently without causing tension for either party.
