**Job Description**
Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support in the logistics department; serving internal and external customers and suppliers; handling various documents, following all required procedures; preparing reports and spreadsheets.
Supporting coordination in logistics scheduling activities;
Supporting coordination in logistics execution activities across rail, road, and maritime operations;
Performing statistical activities using the standard model;
Assisting other departments (internal and external) in resolving ad-hoc issues.
Commitment to good practices of the food safety management system, as well as standards and procedures ensuring product quality adopted by the company.
**Qualifications**
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power BI, and VBA).
