Responsibilities: * Authorize carrier entry for loading and unloading; * Control and guide carriers regarding safety guidelines; * Receive materials, perform blind inspection, and enter quantities into the system; * Inspect materials and equipment according to the truck inspection checklist for finished products; * Store materials in accordance with departmental guidelines, procedures, and work instructions; * Maintain inventory organization in compliance with safety and 5S procedures and guidelines; * Move inventory in an organized and optimized manner following FIFO principles; * Transport materials while adhering to all basic safety and quality precautions. * Conduct inventory counts per company guidelines; * Operate equipment only after proper training and authorization; * Participate in safety talks (DDS); * Execute action plan activities related to internal audits and safety tools (BBS and RI). * Report all nonconformities to immediate supervisor and implement immediate containment; * Maintain sector cleanliness and organization. * Receive materials for repair and request storage entry as recovered; * Receive finished products from production lines and store them as specified; * Complete all required medical examinations for the position, per Occupational Medicine Department requirements (ASO, audiometry, and other requests); * Perform cyclic inventory counts in material and finished goods warehouses; * Execute and assist in inventory control activities. * Perform forklift checklists immediately before starting operations; * Clean equipment and organize the sector; * Maintain inventory and factory organization; * Move finished products in the warehouse using forklifts in an organized and optimized manner, respecting WMS and FIFO guidelines; * Stack finished products in compliance with safety regulations and work instructions. * Perform unloading of received materials onto equipment (trailers or containers); * Perform loading of finished products onto equipment (trailers or containers); * Comply with occupational safety regulations and PPE usage requirements (golden rules of safety and quality); * Organize cargo distribution in vehicles and conduct pre-use equipment inspection per inspection checklist; * Perform loading and verification of dispatched cargo per delivery note; * Organize loading sequence respecting FIFO; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and legislation. * Process returns of finished products, including collecting and reprinting returned labels; * Reject trailers in poor condition per inspection checklist; * Review orders prior to entering them into the dispatch delivery note. * Maximize trailer cubic capacity utilization and suggest improvements for freight optimization; * Verify and group production orders by customer (pre-picking); * Notify Export Department of ready orders; * Issue packing lists and delivery notes according to each load profile; * Arrange supporting documents and packing lists accompanying the shipment; * Verify and classify sales orders by customer and delivery date; * Request vehicles for loading and internal movements; * Issue delivery notes and assign vehicles to be loaded; * Request quality control reports if not automatically generated; * Support the Pest Control Program; * Adhere to GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices; * Adhere to the Housekeeping Program; * Operate in compliance with the Process Attribute Book; * Manage glass and rigid plastic items Qualifications: * Completed High School * Forklift Operator Certification * Prior experience in Logistics. * Preferred: Knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
