Job Summary: Responsible for acting as the liaison between the Distribution Center (DC), Sales, and Stores, ensuring information alignment and monitoring merchandise deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of logistics performance reports Will serve as the liaison between the Distribution Center (DC), Sales Department, and Stores, ensuring information alignment, monitoring merchandise deliveries and deadlines. Performs analytical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and supports decision-making through controls and reporting. \- Act as the single point of contact between the DC, Sales, and Stores for operational and administrative matters. \- Monitor merchandise delivery and transfer statuses (CIF/FOB) \- Verify and validate system data (ERP/WMS) \- Prepare and update logistics performance reports (e.g., Lead Time, Freight Costs) \- Support resolution of discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, and deliveries \- Ensure alignment of communication regarding deadlines and priorities across departments \- Support other administrative controls and routines as required.
