Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and committed Logistics Assistant to join our team, focused on issuing and tracking electronic invoices, tax control, and freight negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance and tracking of electronic invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e) 2. Verification of applicable taxation and organization of fiscal documents 3. Freight quotation and negotiation with carriers We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to join our team! If you are a dynamic, analytical professional committed to results, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Issue **electronic invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, NFC\-e)** for products and services in compliance with current legislation. * Verify **applicable taxation** (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS) according to the company's tax regime. * Track **invoice cancellations, returns, correction letters, and invoice substitutions**. * Maintain organized **physical and digital archives** of fiscal documents. * Control and complete internal spreadsheets and reports. * Meet internal deadlines and procedures, ensuring **efficiency and accuracy in billing**. * **Freight quotation and negotiation with carriers** **Required Knowledge and Competencies** * Experience with **ERP systems** and billing routines. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills for interaction with departments such as **sales, logistics, and finance**. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle high document volumes.
